My neice has a 27 inch waist, she weighs 56kg and she is 5 foot 7, my nephew has a 30 inch waist, he weighs 59kg and he is 5 foot 6. I told them legally they are not allowed to eat more than 600 calories a day, but they both eat 1,000 calories a day.

In MY opinion they are very overweight, yet my neice and nephew are delusional and don't see themselves as overweight like I do.
