And the benefits of sleep is spectacular on fat loss

Although activity is beneficial to fat loss, but same applies for sleep. Increasing metabolism both during the day and night while promoting more restful sleep. So even when you go for a sleep it goes in slowest pace ever. Kickstrats the metabolic rate, changing the behviour of the normal metabolic routine of your body.
