The security officials of Egypt believe that the second attack was planned by a suicide bomber

The local media says that the first attack, on St. George Church in the Nile Delta town of Tanta, on Sunday noon, which left 27 people dead and more than 80 injured. The official report says that both the attack were carried out by the Islamic State Terrorist Organisation.
