Lots of options from Conair Brushes. I have mid-back length fine hair. I section my hair and use this right at the root for lots of volume and then at the ends for a slight curl. I spray along my hair-line all the way around as well as on my part. Sometimes I will use dry shampoo on first day hair for a little more texture and volume.
