The team might have unspoken policies that seem to be common sense

In a given team, members might be implicitly expected to perform a certain task. Instead of dealing with conflict after the fact, you start with discussion and agreement. The following workshop is the one I use with my teams and organizations. For each role you have in your team (or organization) create one flip chart.

Estella:
I told him I could pay for his and he could pay for mine.

He said that he doesn t want to spend 100 bucks for one ring.

If she says no, should I just forget about her?

Like, I don't know her really, so Ithis would be the chance.

That would be the right thing to do right?

We have a test coming up, and I was thinking the best thing to ask her is to study.
