How much space do you need to accommodate your equipment and employees?

How many employees do you have, if any? What other amenities, other than the bare essentials, should the office be able to accommodate? Does the office have a space where you can meet clients and other visitors? Is the office conducive to work? Is it free of noise, glare and unpleasant smells?
