This nine hundred years old temple boasts many history with it

It was built by king Katarmall Dev in 1080-90 AD. The temple is a brilliant piece of architecture. The main temple is surrounded by 45 small temples and one of the major tourist destination of Almora. The beautiful stonework done in the walls of temple is also attracts visitors.
