What woud the issue be and how can I fix it please?

I got a bit of an issue with my motorbike tank's respray. I'm scared that it will get even worse as it is getting worse and worse every time I take the cap off to fill it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I read somewhere that it needs to be 2pac paint or else the chemicals in petrol eat the paint away if you spill it on the paint.
