When did you first know you wanted to be a musician?

Generally, I just mumble little things into my voice memo app and go from there, but recently I lost my phone in an Uber. Once a man tickled my feet in a hostel. He then proceeded to ask if I was engaged. Somehow I was inspired to write a song from that. If you could collaborate with any artist, living or dead, who would it be and why?
