The words you use need to be clear enough to understand and communicated professionally

You can never predict what a client will say or ask, so you need to be able to think fast and sound convincing. If not, you can easily overreact and damage a company brand. Remember, client care is an important brand-building element and requires you to treat each client with respect and value.
